LSAT Addendum Question

I could use some advice about submitting an LSAT addendum.
I'm halfway through submitting applications (I've already applied to NYU and Columbia among others). I have a 171 LSAT and a 3.8x GPA so I should be fairly competitive. However, before taking the LSAT last year, I took it another time and made a 162 (due to being unprepared/getting over a fever). So my main question is for which schools in the top 10 would I need to submit an LSAT addendum explaining the score difference? Is it worth sending in an addendum after the rest of the application is submitted? Most of the schools recommend sending in an addendum with a significant score disparity - would 9 points count? I'm also particularly concerned about NYU which, although TLS seems to disagree, states that they average LSAT scores.
