Pretty much out of cash and I didn't apply for a fee waiver earlier because I couldn't get in contact with my parents for a while...I don't want to apply for one now because there is a stipulation that my LSAT score may come out late due to it. Should I just spend the last of my dollars and get my transcripts in?

It is required to apply to most law schools.

However to my knowledge, applying for the LSAC waiver is not going to slow down your LSAT score, because you'll find out immediately if you were accepted or denied. HOWEVER, if you appeal the decision, that's when slow downs occur.

It should be noted the bar for the LSAC waiver is very high.
