Would an "amicable separation" fall under the scope of this question:

"In a paid or volunteer employment setting, have you ever been accused of misconduct; been disciplined; been permitted to resign in lieu of discipline or discharge; been discharged; or been permitted or requested, formally or informally, to resign from or to terminate employment?"

I worked at a company for 2 weeks and I reached the "end of work assignment" and the employer chose not retain without incident or misconduct.

Hard to say without specifics, but if you think it's close the answer generally is to disclose and give a clear explanation. The question is mostly looking for negative incidents of termination, so the ad-com will probably just laugh at your over disclosure. Was it a contract or gig type job where a new assignment was not necessarily expected?

Actually, a literal reading of the last part of the question seems to cover leaving any job ever: "been permitted or requested, formally or informally, to resign from or to terminate employment?" Like, who hasn't been permitted to resign? Weird question.
