I have a couple questions about the applications:

In the employment section when they ask for all your past employment, do they literally want/need ALL your past employment? I'm including my current jobs and a couple intern experiences, but I've been working since I was fifteen-- do they really need the information about working at Wild Rivers and other various restaurants while I was in high school??

Also--if I took a semester off after high school before starting college but then no breaks in college, is that considered an interruption in a term of my education that needs to be identified on the character and fitness section?

No. I only put my strongest work experience (Internships and F/T during/post-UG) on the app. My resume has a few other things (tutoring/manual labor/etc). They didn't hold my app for discrepancies or anything. Put those positions that you want to share. If you want to put your restaurants, it might indicate a solid work-ethic, but it likely won't matter.
My understanding is no. It reads to me that they only want you to describe breaks in education per level (ie. took a semester/year between Fresh/Soph of UG). But someone else may be better suited to answer that.

For law school applications, it may not be necessary to include every job you have

had since you were fifteen unless you find it appropriate to include. When

completing the moral character and fitness application to be an attorney, it most

likely is something to disclose, but at this time may not be necessary depending on

the job, time, and whether you believe it is relevant.

As for disclosing taking time off between high school and college, it does not seem

crucial to disclose. Typically schools would like to know if there was a break

between terms once admitted to a program or school. For example, it would be best

to disclose a break within your high school or college terms.

You may also contact LSAC or one of the schools you are applying for and simply ask

how you should handle this situation.
