What's this mean? Should I be worried? Should I ask the professor to submit it again?

It likely means that the professor has other things in their life other than you. I would suggest chilling out and not bothering the person who is doing you a favor, because you do not want them to be thinking less of you as they are writing your LoR.RZ5646 wrote:What's this mean? Probably the best advice. Ugh.maracuya wrote:Hm, I did all my LORs electronically and never saw an "In Progress" status. I only saw "Requested but not acknowledged by recommender." I would call LSAC and see what's up.
Mine went "In Progress" after "Requested but not acknowledged", although it lasted only for a short while. I would also think this status indicates that the recommender has activated their account but has not uploaded their letter yet.maracuya wrote:Hm, I did all my LORs electronically and never saw an "In Progress" status. I think I'll wait until after thanksgiving and then get in touch with the professor if it still hasn't changed.ihenry wrote:Mine went "In Progress" after "Requested but not acknowledged", although it lasted only for a short while.
