Didn't submit till first week of Jan. Worked out fine. I've heard before Thanksgiving is early and before Christmas is early enough not to disadvantage yourself in rolling admissions. (For what it's worth, I submitted mid-December and my cycle went fine and I still got a lot of nice scholarship offers).

Yes you will be categorically excluded from the T14 if you apply after December 6th. Enjoy your TTT15 bruh.
