Would probably be best to ask each admission's office how they handle future takes. Some may evaluate prior, some may evaluate after. Either way, I'm sure if you let them know you want your application to be considered with your current scores, they will honor that.calilaw33 wrote:I took the LSAT in October and scored a 167. I am registered to re-take in December, but want to go ahead and apply to some schools that a 167 is sufficient for. Do I need to indicate that I am taking the December LSAT for these schools? I am worried that doing so will delay the process, and that a I would get in fairly quickly with a 167. Also, if I do not indicate, can I later go back and use my December score for scholarship negotiations? Thanks.
