167/4.14 cGPA - options?

Hi everyone,
Long-time lurker, first time poster.
Male, Non-URM, K-JD
167 (sigh)
4.14 cGPA from top Canadian undergrad
Average (?) softs - internships: summer analyst at Canadian bank and law firm; teaching assistant position; leadership in school clubs; volunteering experience
Strong PS and references
I guess I would be considered a classic reverse non-splitter - I have considered retaking but I'm not sure I can endure studying for that awful test again.
Which T-14's would it be worth it to apply to? I have looked at LSN, but not sure where I stand as a Canadian applicant and feel the numbers are overstated. I have already applied to the top Canadian schools (UofT, Osgoode).
Thanks in advance for any input/advice! Cheers.

apply ccn on down. sticker or close to it ccn. $$ lower t14
if you're capable of scoring higher, you'd be foolish not to
your gpa should give you a solid crack at hys and $$$$ ccn

also, as a former lsat tutor, i can say with confidence that most people grossly underestimate how much they're capable of improving
especially in your range, where every raw point usually equals a scaled point, and you clearly already have the fundamentals

Seriously, please retake. Don't waste that GPA.

with your stats, you can surely get into the top canadian school. so, why bother applying for the american ones?

Thanks everyone for the advice, but I don't think I will retake, at least not in December.

I hope so.. The Canadian cGPA conversion system is not as forgiving (A's count as 3.90/4.00). I am ambivalent as to where I want to practice in the future, so I just wanted to keep my options open.

I see. Except grades from Mcill, Olsas took A as a 3.9. your 4.14 will probably shrink to 3.9 by Olsas conversion, but it will remain 4.14 in LSAC system. So, you do have an edge in applying for American law school
just a reminder, deadline for Ontario law school is today.

It falls to 3.93 -- I have already submitted my Canadian apps. Thanks!
