character and fitness - quick question

So I've got a few things I have to put down. Two are speeding tickets, both of which were "deferred" or "filed" and so shouldn't actually appear on my record. A third was a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt in a 25mph zone. 
The fourth was for petty theft over a decade ago when I was 14.
Am I correct to assume that no one will care about any of this? I mean... I'm a little concerned that I might get denied because I didn't wear my seatbelt this one time.
