Is it considered okay to apply as soon as my Dec scores are in?

Edit: Read that wrong. But still, in any event applying late Dec./early Jan. is not late or bad if you have the requisite numbers.

Then when do you think is the latest date that is safe?

If you're waiting on your December LSAT, have all your other stuff done before that. Get your recommendations, personal statement, resume, and the tedious parts of the app all out of the way. Your apps should be done, apart from the LSAT, and well polished - especially given this much time.

Get all of that done so you can send your apps in as soon as possible, and have them well polished, and you should be okay.

I'd say the latest is probably late January, but that's really, really pushing it. The goal isn't to just get into a school, but to also get $$$$. I echo the above poster. Finish everything, upload it all, and get it ready to click submit the minute you get your Dec. LSAT. Don't try to find a "safe late date"!

P.S.
Don't mean to sound harsh! Just trying to help haha
