I think it's close. As a threshold matter, I wouldn't recommend retaking the LSAT: your score has helped you as much as it can. The only real "downside" is your GPA. But a 3.7 in engineering is impressive and I imagine they would recognize that. As an aside, I'm not convinced that law schools are that impressed with master's degrees (maybe HYS is an exception, I go to lower T-14), rather they tend to care more about w/e. This makes sense b/c law firms would rather hire someone who worked two years at a corporation than someone who has a graduate degree in something unrelated to law: the former has a record of being able to hold a job while the latter doesn't.

To conclude, I think you have a very decent chance of getting into Harvard. However, if you do not, then improve your resume by getting w/e rather than improving an already remarkable score.
