Help Law School Transparency compiling July Bar Passage Rates

Post by observationalist » Tue Oct 20, 2015 4:16 pm

Hi all,

Obs here... Co-Founder and Chair of the Board for LST (Law School Transparency). We are in urgent need of some help compiling Bar Passage rates at different schools for the July exams. It is for a major report LST is releasing this week. Years are 2013, 2014, and 2015. In the past you all have been a big help getting this data.

If anyone would like to help PM me and I can send along the spreadsheet. Thanks!

We need a lot of you and a lot of you fast. Thank you for the help. Our goal is to complete this data entry by the 10pm tonight.

(I'm signed in under the LST Radio account, but this is LST's exec. director, Kyle McEntee)

I would like to encourage (as in beg) people to help LST out with this. The report they're about to release is a fantastic and important piece of work, and the data they're crowd-sourcing here will be very valuable.

For a small example of what's beginning to happen due to the plunging admissions standards that began to kick in about three years ago, check out Arizona Summit's first-time bar passage rate on the July 2015 Arizona bar: 30.6%. And these numbers are going to get worse.

Not so fast there Lawdork! We DO work for free. No worries if you don't want to help. We hope some of you out there can lend a few hours of your time... it's not much work but this is time-sensitive. Thanks!
