Benefit of JD/LLM Negotiation & Dispute Resolution?

I'm wondering if anyone has any idea if going for a joint degree program would be worth it? Specifically JD/LLM Negotiation & Dispute Resolution. I'm interested in working in Employment law or for the government. It's an additional year worth of school & extra $$. Any thoughts?
