Sending transcript and requires LSAC email

Hi,

I am trying to send my official transcript from an UC institution to LSAC directly by using my undergrad's electronic delivery system. But, it requires the recipient's email address!

Do I use this? LSACinfo@LSAC.org

Is this the way to send an official transcript? I have the transcript request form on the LSAC webpage under my undergraduate school but I went to my school's registrar's site directly and had the option to omit this request form and just have them send it directly to LSAC.

Please enlighten me on sending transcripts! Thanks!

You'll need the request form to match the transcript with your LSAC account.

Yes, I read that. I am confused then why my UC institution offered an electronic service option on its registrar website and had the option to choose LSAC with its address...

So the safest way is to print out the request form from LSAC, sign it, then send it to my undergraduate registrar's office?

I might have misled you guys. I knew that it's wrong to send it via email. BUT the electronic service system at my UC required me to write the recipient's email address... weird. But before then, it had the clear option of LSAC as the institution column.

Sorry for this mishap!

Just wanted to clarify if anyone was also interested too.

UC institution using Parchment Inc. as the delivery service must select "mail" instead of "electronic service."
You can also upload the transcript request form as the supporting document. (LSAC made it sound like if there was no such feature to upload that request form, then you don't have to).

Thanks everyone! Hopefully this info is helpful for those who are in same situation as I am.
