Addendum could hurt?

Hey y'all,
I was considering writing an addendum that describes a period of anxiety/depression I had that affected my GPA somewhat in college. My worry is that adcoms will think that I wouldn't be able to handle the stress of a law school environment. The thing is that my anxiety was pretty specific so I honesty don't think that'll be the case.
Should I write the addendum or will it hurt me more than help me? Is there a way to write it that will limit any concerns on the adcoms' part? Thanks!!
