Top Law Schools

Hi guys, I'm aiming to submit my apps in the next two weeks, and have already received some unsolicited fee waivers (Northwestern, UCLA, UT Austin, etc). I'm hoping to get fee waivers from some other schools I'm applying to (NYU, Columbia, Penn, Georgetown), and was wondering if it's better to solicit them now or to wait and see if they give me anything soon? I've already looked for hidden today, and didn't see any. My stats are in the 75th percentile for LSAT and between 25-75th percentile for GPAs for all these schools. Thanks in advance for any advice or help!

You can solicit Georgetown, they were cool about it and granted me one when I solicited. Penn specifically on their website somewhere says not to (if my memory is correct) so I wouldn't email them.
Someone else probably knows more than I do about NYU and Columbia.

I'm personally waiting a week or 2 for Columbia to see if I get a fee waiver, I probably won't solicit them. But I'm a bit of a reach for them.
