Internships during Undergrad. Still recommend gap year(s)?

I'm a senior in undergrad: 3.8 GPA, URM (F, AA), 155 on June LSAT, retaking in October and expecting at least a 160. I've looked at URM cycles and am confident that once I get my score into the low 160s, I'll be accepted into a t14, possibly with scholarships. Anyway, I've heard mostly positive things about taking gap year(s) primarily to gain work experience. However, in my undergrad career, I've had two internships: one at the U.S. Attorney's Office and the other at a top (Tier 1, 1,000+ attorney) global law firm. Both were/are year-long internships (I'll be interning at the law firm until I graduate) and at both, my job duties resemble(d) those of a paralegal. If I took a year or two off, I would basically be doing what I've been doing for the past two years. Would this be much of a benefit?
Thanks for any feedback!

Yes. Internships aren't jobs, even if the duties are really similar. Also, don't take a "gap year." I'm not sure where that term originated, but it should be at least 2-3 years.
Fwiw the people who really seemed to struggle at oci were the ones with little to no work experience who had to fall back on talking about stuff they did in undergrad. This is just my opinion, but I think going straight through makes a lot of employers think of you as a college kid as opposed to an adult and potential coworker.

Good luck, sounds like you're off to a great start. Go enjoy being in your early twenties for a few years while you work and study for the LSAT.
