Can you apply to HBS from HLS as a 1L?

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to do so as a 1L (or 2L even)? For anyone with the experience, how difficult is it to get in given that you most likely have little work experience?

I'm not seriously considering it, just wondering whether it was possible.
