Simple law school question: what should my expectations be?

I currently expect to be graduating with a GPA of around 2.5 (yes, very low). I have an LSAT score of 173. What sort of law school can I expect to get in to?

As for further explanation of my GPA, I attended my undergraduate school in Japan. My GPA was a lot lower in my first two years than my last two, and I failed a couple of classes in those years. Although I partially attribute this to not being used to living in a new country, and not having a stable place to stay for the first few semesters, to be completely honest, a lot of it was mostly just me being more interested in having fun in Japan for the first two years rather than studying. I expect the average GPA of my last two years to be closer to 3.5, although I am not sure how much of a difference this will make in my application.

I've also been told that some schools favor higher LSAT scores more than others. What would be a good resource for discovering which schools favor the LSAT/GPA more?

Thank you for your time.
