December LSAT to late?

Hi all was wondering if my taking the LSAT would hurt my chances to get into UCLA law or USC law considering the rolling admission process. I scored 150 148 and 139 on pts, diagnostics and am signed up for the October LSAT. I need advice on how to approach this. I have a 3.88 GPA graduated from ucla. So is the risk for the December LSAT worth it? What should be the score I should be aiming I've been told 167. Wanted to know what you guys think thanks so much for your help.

Thanks for the reply. So waiting for the December LSAT won't be detriment to my application if I get a good score. Man that's tough I guess I'll wait it out till the LSAT minute to see what my practice scores are. Everyone I've talked to is telling me take it in October.

A better score will far outweigh submitting your application later

Personally applied and got into UCLA with a December score, but heading to a T14.
Just focus on getting the best score possible.

while I don't want to sound overly harsh, I cannot stress enough that you should not take the LSAT until you are comfortably PTing around your target score. Do not hope that you will just have a "lucky" LSAT day.

Don't take it until your PT scores are consistently higher than 167.
