More than 2 LORs? Advice needed

Hi everyone,

I've been out of college for 3 years now, and for my LORs, I plan on asking my thesis advisor from undergrad and my current employer. Beyond that, I've seen almost everywhere that schools generally require 2 letters, but many let you submit up to 4. What's the conventional wisdom on submitting more than 2 letters? I may be able to get a decent letter from another professor at my undergrad and from another fellowship I held-- is it worth including them even though they may not be as strong as the first two? Thanks!
