Resume question

I changed my old resume to look more like the admissions resume examples I've found. I removed all the old HS stuff, made my education the focal point, and worded my work experience so that it didn't just sound like a laundry list. I noticed that some samples had a third section at the bottom entitled "personal" or "interests." I added a personal section to mine that includes a couple of sentences about my volunteer experience and hobbies.

Given that I am K-JD, should I include the personal section? I want to come across as a serious candidate, but I have limited work experience. Would saying (in the personal section) something like "I collect LoR figurines", or "I love vintage cartoons" give them the idea that I lack maturity, or would it show something about my personality? I'm guessing it would be ok if I were 40, early 20's....IDK. I just don't want to give the impression that "this guy has shitty work experience AND still reads comic books." Then again, I've read that it's good to provide a glimpse of individuality.

Then there's Fall term graduation. My resume says "BA in PoliSci with high honors," is that assuming too much? (I've maintained a 4.0 for the last five semesters straight, so I doubt that my GPA would tank enough in one semester for that not to be true.) However, IDK if saying that I will be "graduating with honors in Dec" would be considered lying by AdComms, since I haven't actually done it yet. Should I leave that off?

Put "Expected BA".

I'd stick to more normal stuff in the interests section, or just take it out.
