It was recently discovered that I have outstanding transcripts that must be submitted. If I am unable to provide the school with all of my transcripts could I be kicked out? I was accepted already

They could rescind your acceptance, yes. I don't think anyone besides the school can tell you whether they will. Talk to them.

If you owe schools money, they will generally not release your transcripts until you pay.

I was able to satisfy the transcript requirement with a grade report, but now retrieving a letter of good standing is being a problem. Is this as great an issue as the transcripts?
