I remember getting an email that was fairly similar to this. Didn't really pay much attention since I do not want to stay in the Midwest. My URM bump probably puts me in the same boat as you since I have gotten 2 T-20 fee waivers, a URM motivated T-14 waiver, and one other T-14 waiver by request. Basically, it means you are among the most competitive CRS applicants so if you have interest in WUSTL, go for it.benwyatt wrote:Well WUSTL isn't T-14. I don't have any fee waivers from T-14 yet, but I'm not even anticipating getting those before the applications open. I've only received 2 fee waivers from the T-20 at this point.sanderson90 wrote:OP our numbers are almost identical and I haven't heard anything like that (let alone a fee waiver from a T-14...)
There may also be other things that set us apart like # of LSAT takes, undergraduate school, major etc.
Not sure why they've singled me out, but I'll do the interview and see what happens.
Yeah, I would be careful. Avoid making threads like this or revealing personal infobasedvulpes wrote:I'm getting super paranoid about shit like this the closer we get to applyingKinky John wrote:They probably just wanted you to make this thread so they could figure out your TLS username
I don't think it matters too much. Admissions Deans have talked about how they, and I guess it might just be them, would only look to TLS to see if the applicants they admitted were going to attend and what was being said about their school. If you're not a murder online, my guess is it won't affect your decision.basedvulpes wrote:I'm getting super paranoid about shit like this the closer we get to applyingKinky John wrote:They probably just wanted you to make this thread so they could figure out your TLS username
These types of posts feel so narcissistic to me. Schools have many more important things to be concerned with than perusing the entire online profiles of potential admits. A good rule of thumb is only post things online you would feel comfortable saying in person. Your TLS posts are not going to drive the results of your application cycle.basedvulpes wrote:I'm getting super paranoid about shit like this the closer we get to applyingKinky John wrote:They probably just wanted you to make this thread so they could figure out your TLS username

No idea why you grouped me as a weirdo seeing as I clearly said to use common sense. Lol.Kinky John wrote:http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... 1#p7599920shump92 wrote:These types of posts feel so narcissistic to me.
