LSDAS UGPA 3.2 from top 20 school, 174 LSAT

Hi guys,
I'm looking to apply to T14 in the next cycle. I am going to be a senior at a top 20 undergrad institution. My GPA is not amazing--will be around 3.2 at the time of applying. I scored a 174 on my practice LSAT though. If I can get similar on the real thing--do I have chances at Cornell, Georgetown, Northwestern? I have internship experience on Capitol Hill and a law firm. What if I apply Early decision at one of those schools? I'm just wondering if it makes sense for me to apply the next cycle, or work for a couple years and discount my GPA a little bit. I should also note there is a significant upward trend on my GPA. I got a 2.5 freshman year (I was premed) and have been getting 3.3-3.4 since then. Finally, does undergrad institution help? Mine is known for NOT having grade inflation, the opposite actually.
Thanks for your help in advance.
