Here is my stats: My UGPA is 3.77/4, and currently I'm in a master program. I innocently took two law school courses (2L, 3L electives) and I assume I was placed on the curve along with other law students, so those two courses were graded as B and B- Given that grades from other courses were OK, I guess my final GPA for grad school will be something like 3.3 or 3.4 at most. My question is: do you think the B and B- will seriously disadvantage my application?

Yeah because a 3.77 is mediocre.

The UG GPA is all they get to report to US News so that's probably all they will care about
Just apply and see what happens.

As BigZuck said, UGPA is all that is reported so that's all that matters. 3.77 won't preclude you from anywhere if you do well on the LSAT (3.78 here, heading to HLS). The masters will provide a small boost, so good luck!

A 3.77 is probably top 25% or something. Not sure how that's mediocre

I also had a law school grade pull down my graduate GPA. I don't think it had any impact on my cycle whatsoever.
