LSAC GPA Question(s) Forum

I was wondering does high school dual enrollment count as credit ? I have 3 credit hours from a French course that I took in high school, even though I sent the transcript over to my undergraduate university, it never posted. So will I send another transcript over to LSAC when I begin the application process? Also, I will be attending a French university this summer, during the program I will be earning 6 credit hours that will go towards my minor at my university. While my university does give me credit, they won't factor in my grades into my university GPA (they don't factor in ANY transfer credit hours) . Will LSAC?
