yes, only law students who enroll at the school. would be interesting to see if t14 or hys students find in their record the type of things mentioned in the yale article.

law schools too numbers focused for it to be interesting for the vast majority of ppl i imagine

Does this work for UG? The language used in the second article suggested email makes me believe it may work for UG as well.

not sure if it includes accepted. it includes all programs including ug and they have to provide records within 45 days.

They should be able to send copies. You can also call and ask your ug. If you're a law student then you traveling should not be an issue for your ls files. please report any interesting findings in your admissions files.
