Dropping out and reapplying

I have a crazy question and I am not sure if I am in the right thread, but here it goes:
This is completely hypothetical.
Let's say I am a student at Law School X, and due to a combination of poor law school choice, bad financing terms for law school, and most importantly, poor 1st year performance, is it possible to drop out before the end of the second semester and retake the LSAT and apply in year's cycle??
I have yet to find any useful information on this topic. I would appreciate it, if someone can point me in the right direction or offer some advice.
Thanks TLSers
