Chances?

I have an LSAT score of 164 and a CGPA of 83.08%. I think based on this my index score is 91.35. I am a UBC grad - what do you think my chances are of acceptance to UBC? I have heard this year is much more competitive than in previous years. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
