You're taking few hundredths of a point, even if it means lowering the GPA. You should get it accurate. You don't want this to cause ethical questions down the line. It's not worth the risk for a marginally better number.

call/email lsac to explain the situation. lsac also missed a couple classes from my transcripts and unfortunately dropped my gpa 0.05 but oh well, don't have to worry later on.

Call them. They are actually quite good about responding to problems over the phone. And they're the only people who can fix it, so what else are you going to do?

Not a major issue - they'll fix it right up.

Seconding the "call them," but will also add that you should follow up if they don't fix it or say they can't. They dropped a semester from my GPA too, and the first time I called they gave me the runaround and had me double checking things with like seven different departments in my UG, after which it turned out everything was actually fine on my/my UG's end. The second time I called, I got a different person and it was fixed within a day.
