Typo in Resume; Marking instead of Marketing

I've sent a few applications and just realized I wrote marking committee instead of marketing committee. I can't believe I didn't notice this the 50 times I read over it while doing my apps.

I've already gotten a couple of acceptances so maybe it's not noticeable? or the other schools won't care?

Should I let it go or send a new one?

If this typo is a line under an extracurricular on your resume or something like that, I would just let it go.

Just promise to review all of your work 51 times before submission & you should be fine.

For what it's worth, I had a pretty glaring typo in my PS that I somehow missed when reading over it 20 times and I still got into H.

My applications at CCN do seem to be moving slower than you'd expect though, so it's entirely possible that they didn't catch it at H, but it hurt me at CCN.

Ultimately I think it's 95% numbers, so as long as you're solid there you should be OK.

If anyone asks, just say it's a marketing technique. Misspellings are more salient and cause people to contemplate the word more (thereby creating a stronger association/memory). Boom, you're the best marker ever.

Don't worry it's not going to hurt your chances.

You should send an addendum informing them of the error.

I'd just run with it, some sort of manufacturing job. Markings are very important on things.

This is for law school admission? They won't notice or give a damn.

I wouldn't worry about it... I had a typo (affecting/effecting) in my PS and still got into a bunch of schools that the godly law school numbers calculators said that I wouldn't... in the first round... with money... after applying late.
