Can ED transfer to RD or should I withdraw?

I am in a dilemma and really need some advice!
In order to boost my chance, I applied ED and still stuck on UR.
Now I am considering if it's possible to transfer from ED to RD.
If it's unacceptable to transfer, should I just withdraw?

You were insane to apply ED to Penn with those numbers. You can get a lot of money RD, whether at Penn or elsewhere in the T-14. Withdraw your ED immediately.

Just call the main admissions number and very politely say your timing has changed and ask if your application can be changed to the regular decision track.

Immediately withdraw
You have a very good chance of RD admission with $ to every T14 except Y but I would even still apply there.

Thank you for replying. I thought an international GPA doesn't count so I decided to apply ED.
I will withdraw ED on Monday.

The fact that your GPA is listed as 4.04 (did LSAC give you that?) and that Harvard has called suggests the GPA is being counted. Even if it's not you should withdraw the ED. Your LSAT is at or above several T-14 medians.

Really appreciate all the valuable suggestions from you.
I will call them politely on Monday.
Now I keep my fingers crossed that it won't trigger an outright rejection from Upenn.

Make sure you call EXACTLY at 9 am eastern standard time and keep calling till someone picks up. Set your alarm etc. Set 59 alarms.
