170 LSAT, should I retake just in case of waitlists?

I got a 170 on my Dec LSAT. Thing is, I missed 12 questions total and 7 of them were in the reading comprehension section. That's the section I usually miss only 2-3 questions. Is it too risky to re-take in Feb? I just sent out all my apps today (T-14 minus Harvard and Yale, plus UCLA, USC, Vandy)
Does anyone know people who got waitlisted, scored higher on the LSAT in Feb, and then were accepted off the waitlist?

It can only help, I suppose.
Just some precautionary advice: I took the lsat three times, and underperformed on RC each time. I still did very well, but getting gameday RC to match PT RC just never happened for me. It's a hard section to improve.

If you think you can improve and have the time, I would retake. Worst case, you get a lower score - in that case the 170 will still be what schools use. No downside.

But what about schools like Duke that still claim they average the scores?
