171 with 3.65 - ED or no?

Hello,
My December LSAT score was 171. My college GPA is 3.65 (attended a top 25 university). I'm neither a URM, nor a non-traditional student who has saved hundreds of lives. My letter of recs are solid, and I have a pretty solid personal statement.
My ideal would be Columbia or NYU but I'm not sure if I can make them given my low GPA. I'm thinking of possibly EDing Penn as that is my next choice, but if I have a real shot at either Columbia or NYU, I wouldn't ED anywhere.
Based just on my stats, what are your thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Unless you are a trust fund baby, have unlimited financial resources to afford $250,000 comfortably, or have the military educational benefits, most people on this board, including me, would advise you to stray away from ED.
You should be competitive RD with those stats at NYU, not sure at Columbia, though. I'm sure others can chime in and give better advice.

You have a real shot at Columbia and NYU. Your chances are much better at NYU than Columbia though. If you're accepted to either or both, you probably won't receive much/any scholarship money I don't think. You are competitive for scholarship consideration at the lower T14 for sure and will probably get good money from somewhere in the T14 so it would be ill advised for you to apply ED anywhere.

Chances at NYU are great. Not so much at CLS.
