Change username?

Does anyone know how to change your username? I foolishly made mine pretty much my actual name... Been trying to figure out how to change it ever since. I found a place where you can edit your profile and such and it has the username there, but the field is locked.

You're right though, it is disappointing. I have rarely used Twitter, but my Facebook is quite active. Haha.
