Hey All,
Quick question for everyone. I've been doing some research on the website about whether or not to e-mail admissions officers when you update a transcript. There seems to be mixed answers, ranging from no because it adds to the clutter the schools have to sift through to yes because it brings attention to GPA increases. Many said it came down to what happened to your GPA specifically.
For me, my GPA increased by enough that it brought me from 25-50% to 50-75% percentile at many of the upper t14 schools, and brought me above 75% at many of the lower t14 schools. My transcript is already updated on LSAC. I'm already under review at a few of the schools but because of the holidays I have a few days before anything happens. Is it worth sending an e-mail to all the schools I haven't heard from yet, or should I just let LSAC send the transcript out (which I heard it does automatically when it updates) and leave it at that.
Thanks!
