When to expect scholarship offers?

I was accepted at Georgetown in October via mail with a nice personal note from the Dean. I am hoping they will offer me some scholarship money, but I haven't yet received any info. On LawSchoolNumbers it doesn't appear anyone else has been offered scholarships yet either. Anyone know how and maybe when that happens generally?
