F in a Weekend Certification Course?

Post by lexsi340 » Mon Nov 10, 2014 2:02 pm

Alright TLS'ers, I may have doomed myself after all.

After managing a 4.0 last semester and a predicted 4.0 for this as well to boost my average 3.5, I took a weekend certification course in Excel... and failed it (hey - it was the Expert course! Half my class failed...). I know - seriously? Hold back the laughter! There's truly no excuse, friends but hey my eyes are still bleeding from making pivot charts for 14 hours.

It's a one credit course and isn't counted in my institution grade, but I can't figure out how LSAC will calculate. Of course, I'll write an addenda In reading their rules, they exclude PE classes, ROTC - i.e.: extracurriculars - from conversion -- but I'm curious if anyone knows how they might interpret a certification course with a "FZ" grade.
