ANYWAY, would law schools, or the Bar for that matter notice that I didnt disclose two transcripts to two of my ug schools? would they care as long as I submit all of the transcripts to them? am i being paranoid?

Yes... they will care. The LSAC instructions clearly state to submit transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate schools attended.

If you are asking for purposes of gaming your UGPA with LSDAS, I do not think there would be any way for the folks at LSDAS to confirm that they have everything unless there is a reference to the missing two transcripts/classes on your degree-granting institutions transcript.

You're right... I did not. Going back and reading it again, it seems that you're saying that when you applied to UG schools, you didn't disclose those transcripts. In that case, I have no idea if it's a problem. I guess it depends on how the UG application was worded. My gut says that you're probably ok... but my gut (although quite impressive!) is not an authority on the subject

I don't think it's a problem, as long as you include all of them in your lsac report now.

As long as you disclose everything to the folks at LSDAS, they will most likely not care what you told you UG school.
