they'll probably keep the old version in your file even if you correct it
and you might be pointing out something they'll miss
i had a typo in my app, not a big deal
(as long as the typo doesn't affect a substantive fact, like saying you volunteered for two years as opposed to two months)

I misspelled the name of my school in a cover letter (transposed two letters), and still got in with $$$. Chill out, and let it go.

I had the same type of typo. Decided to just let it be. It did not impact my cycle.

I had a typo. Left it alone and got into every school my numbers predicted, with the exception of Tulane who chose a convicted murderer over me. Way to go Tulane.
