Apply now or wait til December score release?

Post by westy822 » Tue Nov 04, 2014 5:40 pm

So I have a few questions, I hope they make sense...
If I want to submit my applications but have the school wait to review it until after the December LSAT score is posted, do I need to email admissions and request it specifically? If I put that I am retaking in December, will they see that and automatically wait to review my file? I have only seen the option to have the committee wait until after the December score is released on one or two applications. Or is my safest bet to simply wait until January to apply?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Safest bet is to wait and apply.
Most schools hold your application if they see you are retaking, but there's really no upside to applying before December scores are released.

Thanks for the advice. Looks like I'll be applying in January and hoping the extra points on the lsat make up for applying later!
