Low GPA/Peace Corps/upward trend

Here's my profile:

GPA: 2.97 (not sure if they round it to 3.0)
highest LSAT preptests: (168-172)-taking December LSAT in six weeks.
Work experience: Peace Corps (full service)-Texas Senate Hispanic Research Council -Women's homeless shelter-Resource provider and activity coordinator for low-income apartment complex.
URM: Mexican American female

During my undergrad, I worked full time at the Ronald McDonald House Charities and served tables to provide for myself. I didn't get help from my parents and as soon as i quit working to concentrate graduating (about two months before graduation), there was an upward trend and ended up on dean's list my last semester.

How I wish I did not have to work while receiving an education but I had no choice. I saved up enough to make ends meet for the last two months, thankfully.

Are there any shots at a top law school with this upward trend and my work experience? I graduated in 2011 so I have some time between school and applying to law school.

Thank you!! Any input would be great.
