I'm an AA male with roughly a 3.4 gpa and would love to attend a t-14 school, but I'm concerned with these numbers my chances are slim.

I'm not opposed to taking the lsat again because I was PT'ing higher than I performed, but I was wondering if I do choose to do that should I hold off sending my apps until I get a December score or just go ahead and send the apps in the next few weeks? I've been working on them for a while so I feel like I can finish them soon without rushing. I know applying early is a boost but my concern is that a school may reject me before I get the chance to take the LSAT in December; a school that may have given me a chance had I waited to improve my score.

Also if my lsat score wasn't to change, should I expect m/any offers from my target schools? (I know that's better suited for the chances thread but I figured tacking that question on here would be fine).
Please don't get discouraged... My AA friend last cycle had a 3.6/166 lsat and got into Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. Apply early though!!!

You should register for the December LSAT, then apply. Schools can see that you are registered for the December LSAT and would likely hold off on making a decision until then. Also, blanket the T14. I suspect you will get into to close to half with your current numbers so you are already in a great spot. Good luck.

I definitely think that your scores right now are good enough to get accepted into several T14s. T6 is a different story and I would defer to the experts (and LSN).
