The recommender said he submitted both LoR and evaluation online through email option. Received no LoR email confirmation but received an evaluation received confirmation within minutes of submission.
Is LoR confirmation email not sent?

I've received an email notification for all of my LORs, but it was usually delayed by 12 hours or more.
