GPA After applications are sent in

Quick question here. (Sorry if this has been asked already). I was wondering if law schools heavily consider what you GPA is after you apply to law school. Right now my GPA is a 3.94, but I am taking some difficult classes this semester and it is likely to drop after this semester. However I plan to have all my applications sent in by mid October. This means the transcript that I send will have my 3.94 on it. Do law schools heavily consider what you GPA is after your applications are already sent in?
Thanks.

Good question. I'm interesting in hearing people weigh in since I'm in the same Situation.
After this semester LSAC does request an updated transcript.
But it's also possible to be accepted before you have to send one in. In this case you'd have to screw up to have your acceptance revoked.

good GPA, but it's still a pity that you are just 0.01 point away from H's 75th percentile

Ya thats what Im worried about.....If I apply early I would hope to hear sometime before my grades update. I mean I assume that I would have to send in an updated transcript but I would sleep better at night if they made their initial decision based upon my higher GPA.
