Top Law Schools

Ok, so I was abroad my entire junior year in France. My second semester I completed 8 international business classes in French and unfortunately need to retake 2 exams at the end of October, so two of my classes are showing up as incompletes. My question is: does it look better if my advisor just waits to put in any of my grades from second semester until my retake scores are in, or if he puts it in now as two A's and two imompletes?
