I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I'm unsure of how to submit my resume in the correct format through LSAC. I usually save my resume as a PDF so the formatting doesn't get wonky, but PDF is not an option. Any suggestions?

Submit it as a Word document. You'll be able to preview it before you submit it to make sure it didn't get messed up. Mine formatted fine, for what it's worth.
