Wait to send transcript?

Should I wait to send my transcript from my school until my classes for the fall semester are loaded on there (about a month) or should I just send it as it is now? I want to get all of this stupid CAS stuff over with so I'm trying to get it done, but if it helps that adcomms see what I am taking I can wait I guess.
