Can you/how to remove a transcript issuing inst. from LSAC

I took a course through UC Berkeley extension while I was at Jr College so I added them to my LSAC account. Turns out though I actually don't have a transcript with them on file (they just sent my grade to my Jr college) so I have to remove them from my transcript list so the LSAC can compile all my grades.

Can I do that or is this going to be a pain in the ass where I need Berkeley extension to verify I don't have a transcript on file?
